I'm not sure but for some reason I can't email my invoices.
The sales receipts are fine, I can email them with no issues.

Please advise.

I have not been able to email my invoices or estimates to my customers.
I can start the process but it does not finalize out.

Please help.

Hello Gene,

Do you have outlook installed?

This is really a bit more technical on your computer's end versus strictly QB or Accounting.

Try to save it as a PDF and email it manually for now.

You may need to call Tech Support or have an IT guy look at this one.
